Next Level Financial Services was established in December 2003 with the aim of filling a gap in the market for those who are seeking personal advice tailored to their needs and goals.

The company has been built on the philosophy of providing superior, truly holistic, non-aligned and personalised client service to a wide range of individuals, families and businesses. 

Next Level's office is located in Mount Eliza but  our clientele is located all around Australia. 

Our Mission
A financial planner should be a professional and trusted adviser, not a salesperson.  We are passionate about designing personal solutions specifically designed to meet our clients' needs and goals.

How we operate

We tailor a financial plan that is specific to each client.  The plan is an evolving document (a 'roadmap') that outlines a strategy for what you want from life and how that can be achieved.  We follow a 5 step process with all clients:
Step 1 - We listen
What are your needs and goals?
Step 2 - Strategy
We research and prepare a plan for how your goals can be achieved. 
Step 3 - Presentation, explanation, feedback
We present our findings to you in writing.  This outlines the strategy ('roadmap') to achieve your goals and we discuss with you how each step along the roadmap is aligned with what you want to achieve. We seek your feedback to ensure that the plan is understood and that you're comfortable with the outcome.
Step 4 - Refinement and implementation
Upon mutual agreement that the plan meets your expectations, we implement the strategies as required.
Step 5 - Monitoring and review
A financial plan isn't a static document. The plan is constantly monitored and reviewed with you as circumstances change. 

Our service offering

We provide a service, we don't sell products. 

We work on a fee for service basis so you know what you're going to get, what it's going to cost, when it's going to be delivered and what the benefits are to you. 

We liaise with a wide range of fund managers, investment professionals, insurers, wrap platforms and administrators to provide the best possible solution for our clients.
